Dr. Mohamed Hamad Al -Kuwaiti, President of the Cyber ​​Security Council, said that the UAE has a sophisticated cyber security system capable of predicting and addressing electronic attacks before it occurred, indicating that the average daily cyber attacks on the main sectors exceed 50 thousand attacks, which are being addressed and anticipated.

Al -Kuwaiti added: In statements to the Emirates News Agency “WAM”, that the National Center for Cyber ​​Operations in the country is connected to all different sides and sectors, whether electricity, water, health, energy, banks and other vital sectors that depend on digitization with the aim of protecting the digital space of the state from any potential cyber attacks .

He pointed to the power of cyber intelligence in the country that depends on advanced artificial intelligence techniques and monitor the attacks before its arrival, determine its quality and the identity of its perpetrators in a proactive manner and deal with them according to the highest global standards in the field of cybersecurity, which are always behind some countries or terrorist organizations.

The Kuwaiti explained that the wars moved from the traditional reality to the cybersecurity that existing its weapons on viruses, deep counterfeiting software and misleading information, which are all used before the implementation of any cyber attack targeting the sectors for a strategy with the aim of influencing public opinion and destabilizing societies around the world.

He pointed out that the UAE is sometimes exposed to the so -called “electronic flies” that aims to destabilize and stabilize societies by spreading misleading news in many social media platforms that played a role in redoubling the spread of misleading information, pointing out that the national cyber systems monitor all New breaks, patterns and viruses are based on certain references and deal with them with highly developed technology and technology based on artificial intelligence.

The Kuwaiti stressed that the UAE is ranked first in the world in the field of cybersecurity, based on its early awareness of the importance of building high -development cyber defense systems, which enhances the path of sustainable development in the country towards more growth and prosperity.

He pointed to the Cyber ​​Security Council, carrying out a number of cyber exercises in cooperation with the Ministry of Defense and Partners during the activities of the IDEX and Nafdex 2025 exhibitions through a realistic simulation of information misinformation and deep counterfeiting.
