المملكة: Makkah .. The success of a huge tumor removal weighs 150 grams from the neck of fifty residents

A surgical medical team at Al -Nour Specialist Hospital, one of the facilities of the Makkah Al -Mukarramah Health Gathering, succeeded in performing an accurate benign tumor eradication from the neck of fifty -resident, after suffering that lasted for more than ten years.

Diagnosis of the condition and procedure

The Makkah Al -Mukarramah Health Gathering explained that the patient arrived in the emergency department as he suffers from difficulty swallowing and breathing, and after laboratory tests and radiography, it was found that there was a huge tumor in the neck, which necessitated urgent surgical intervention.

The medical team was able to completely remove the tumor, which weighed 150 grams, during a surgery that took more than four hours, and was successful – thanks to God – without any complications.

The health assembly confirmed that the patient is currently stable, and is subject to medical care to ensure complete recovery.
