Egypt is participating in its latest defense techniques in IDEX 2025
Abu Dhabi – Cairo, February 17 / WAM / Egypt is participating effectively in the International Defense Exhibition “IDEX 2025”, whose activities were launched today at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State “may God protect him”, where it offered the latest The advanced techniques and equipment reached by the Egyptian defense industries.
The Ministry of State for Military Production and the Arab Organization for Industrialization participated in the exhibition, where they offered a variety of innovative defensive products, which include weapons, ammunition, equipment and advanced defense systems, which Egypt manufactures according to the latest global technologies.
Among the most prominent products offered, ammunition, missiles, electronic equipment and aircraft, including air ammunition (Hafez family), artillery missiles, atmosphere / land missiles, and the rocket system (Flag), the quadruple launcher, the smoke curtain missile, the electronic anti -tank mine, the smart floor of the ground mine , Anti -tank mine scattering systems, open -gaps in minefields, missile launchers and projectiles, the armored vehicle “Fahd” in its various models, the document transport vehicle, Umrah and repair of aircraft and helicopters, the K8E training plane, the command and automatic control center, air control simulations, The radiological detection and measurement device, the disabled anti -aircraft disability device, the mobile phone insurance device, the tactical wireless disability device, the wireless listening device, the discovery and confrontation system (Guard) drone, a multi -tasking automatic platform, and missile platforms.
His Excellency Eng. Mohamed Salah El Din Mustafa, Minister of State for Egyptian Military Production, stressed that participation in the exhibition is an opportunity to exchange experiences and see the latest manufacturing technologies, describing “IDEX” as a global platform that brings together a large group of leaders, decision makers and senior officials in the defense industries sector from different countries The world to discuss ways to develop technologies that help face the challenges the world is witnessing and developing security and defensive strategies that contribute to achieving and establishing world peace.
His Excellency explained that his participation in the exhibition comes within the framework of fruitful cooperation relations between the Egyptian and Emirati sides in various fields, including the Ministry of Military Production and the UAE Ministry of Defense in the field of military industrialization, noting that this participation is the fifth in a row of the Ministry at the International Defense Exhibition “IDEX”.
Mohamed Saqr, media advisor to the Minister of State for Military Production and the Ministry’s official spokesman, said in a statement today that it is planned that the Minister of State for Military Production will be invited during the event inviting companies whose wings will be visited to participate at the Egypt International Defense Industries Exhibition “EDEX 2025” to be held in Egypt next December.
Major General Arkan Harb, Engineer Mukhtar Abdel Latif, head of the Egyptian Arab Industrialization Authority, inspected the Authority’s products in the official pavilion of the Arab Republic of Egypt at the IDEX International Defense Exhibition and Conference 2025 in Abu Dhabi, whose activities continue until February 21.
