Dubai Hotel Revenue during 2024 increases 5% to 18.1 billion dirhams

The revenues recorded by the hotel rooms in Dubai exceeded the barrier of 18.1 billion dirhams, during the past year, 2024, compared to 17.3 billion dirhams in 2023, with a growth rate of about 5%, according to data issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai, “Emirates Today” obtained On a copy of it.

According to the data of the Department of Economy and Tourism, the number of hotel nights reserved during the year 2024 increased by 3%, to 43.03 million nights, compared to 41.70 million nights during the previous year, while the rate of return on the available room increased by about 1.5% to record 421 dirhams comparison With 415 dirhams.

In turn, hospitality indicators maintained its high performance during the year 2024, as the average hotel occupancy rate in Dubai increased to 78.2%, compared to 77.4% for the similar period of 2023, while the daily price rate was reflected 538 dirhams, slightly above 2023, which recorded 536 dirhams.
