A 4.4 -magnitude earthquake on the Richter scale struck Monday evening, Malatia, in central Türkiye.
The Turkish Disaster and Emergency Administration (Avad) stated that the earthquake center is located in the Qalaa area of ​​the state of Malatia, and at a depth of about 7 kilometers.
The governor of Malatia Sidar Yaoz confirmed that there were no immediate reports of human or material losses as a result of the earthquake.
