Dubai receives 824 thousand Chinese tourists during 2024

Dubai Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism showed that the emirate received 824 thousand Chinese tourists during the past year, with a large growth rate of 31% compared to the previous year.

China is one of the largest markets exporting the tourism sector to Dubai, and the emirate’s efforts focused on attracting Chinese tourists by launching many marketing campaigns, as well as special activities during the Chinese New Year.

This increase in the number of Chinese tourists contributed to a record tourist public investigation in Dubai during the past year, as it received 18.72 million international tourists from different markets of the world, an increase of 9% over the previous year.
