You must communicate between Zelinski and Putin to end the war

US President Donald Trump said on Friday that Ukrainian President Voludmir Zellinski and Russian Vladimir Putin should “communicate” to end the war between Moscow and Kiev.
In a statement to the White House journalists, Trump said: “I think President Putin and President Zellinski should communicate,” adding: “We want to stop (war) killing millions of people.”

In addition, Trump said on Friday that Ukrainian leaders “have no papers” in the talks aimed at ending the war with Russia, amid the escalation of tensions between Washington and Kiev.
“I had very good conversations with Putin, and my conversations were not good with Ukraine. They have no papers, but they pretended by force, but we will not allow this matter,” Trump said during an event that brings together American state rulers at the White House.

The Republican President had previously stated that the participation of his Ukrainian counterpart, Folodimir Zellinski, in the talks is not “of great importance.”
The US President has repeatedly attacked Zellinski this week, and his approach to Vladimir Putin has raised fears of a break between Washington and Ukraine, which decisively depends on American assistance to repel the Russian invasion.
After describing the Ukrainian president as “a dictator without elections”, Trump considered Wednesday that the Russians “took control of many lands” in Ukraine and therefore they are “in strength.”
