المملكة: 3 below zero .. Tarif governorate records the lowest temperature in the Kingdom

Tarif Governorate in the northern border region, this morning, Monday, recorded 3 degrees below zero as the lowest temperature at the level of cities and governorates of the Kingdom, this came according to the report issued by the National Meteorological Center.
