20 weeks’ salary reward for “flydubai” employees after achieving record results

“Emirates Today” learned that the company “Fly Dubai” decided to grant its employees a financial reward equivalent to the salary of 20 weeks, after the company achieved the highest financial results in its history.

The flydubai company works at 6089 employees by the end of the fiscal year 2024.

And “Flydubai” announced yesterday, record annual results for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, which are the highest in the date of the carrier since its inception 15 years ago.

The carrier achieved net profits, before taxes, amounting to 2.5 billion dirhams, with a growth of 16% compared to the previous year 2023.

While the total revenue reached 12.8 billion dirhams, with a growth of 15% compared to 11.2 billion dirhams in 2023, and this new achievement came thanks to the strength and diversity of the carrier network, in addition to its strong and flexible business model.
