Partnership between "Abu Dhabi Economy" and"Abu Dhabi Real Estate" To enable Emirati brokers in Al Ain

Abu Dhabi, February 26 / WAM / The Department of Economic Development – Abu Dhabi and the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Center, affiliated to the Municipalities and Transport Department – Abu Dhabi signed a memorandum of understanding to launch a strategic initiative aimed at enabling Emirati mediators and advancing sustainable economic development in the Al Ain region, where the initiative provides comprehensive training and certificate in the field of mediation Real Estate for about 300 Emiratis in Al Ain.

Under the Memorandum of Understanding, the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Center is to facilitate the process of joining officially accredited training programs offered by leading institutions.

After completing the program successfully, the necessary licenses are issued to practice real estate mediation, which qualifies the participants to achieve success in the real estate sector.

This initiative comes within the efforts and initiatives of the Department of Economic Development – Abu Dhabi to support economic development in the Al Ain region.

The department, through initiatives such as the Economic Development Program in Al Ain, enables the growth of the private sector with a focus on sustainable development and the creation of job opportunities for the Emiratis.

Cooperation with the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Center affirms the “Abu Dhabi Economic” commitment to enhance its partnership with the private sector to attract and empower talents from Emiratis. Also, this cooperation represents an important station in the strategy of the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Center for the Development of the local real estate sector by attracting Emirati talents, and the efforts of the Department of Economic Development – Abu Dhabi in enhancing partnership with the private sector and entrepreneurs.

“This partnership reflects the commitment of the Department of Economic Development – Abu Dhabi to support and empower Emirati talents, and to enhance economic diversification in the Al Ain region and all parts of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. This initiative represents an important step in Our efforts to enhance the real estate sector, as it contributes to enabling 300 citizens of the UAE to obtain the necessary rehabilitation in the field of real estate mediation. Investors in the real estate sector in the emirate, in order to support our vision of developing and qualifying national competencies and enhancing the sustainability of the economy of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

For his part, Eng. Rashid Al -Amira, Acting Director General of the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Center, said: “We adhere to the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Center to raise the level of the real estate sector by providing Emirati talents with the skills and opportunities necessary to achieve success. This partnership with the Department of Economic Development – Abu Dhabi is keen to build a flexible market And sustainable is in line with Abu Dhabi’s vision to enable Emiratis and push economic growth ahead. It is worth noting that the new initiative comes within the framework of the continuous efforts of the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Center in order to transform the real estate market into a global and comprehensive competitive sector, and it completes the center’s initiatives after its recent cooperation with the Land and Property Department in Dubai, where the graduation of 500 Emirati mediators from an officially accredited program was celebrated.

The concerted efforts confirm the leadership of the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Center in the alignment of the real estate sector with the aspirations of Abu Dhabi for a sustainable economy and varied in parallel with the strengthening of the pivotal role of the Emiratis in shaping the future of the sector.
