The Public Prosecution in Dubai issued an explanatory statement to respond to the appeal of Kuwaiti fashinista Rawan bin Hussein and attacked the police through videos via “Snapchat”, confirming that investigations into the claims of Rawan showed that they were arrested in the past and were in an abnormal condition and attacked the police.

“In response to what is circulating on social media platforms regarding what the lady (R.H.), which is of Gulf nationality, promoted to the claims of what is taken against her from legal measures in Dubai, the Public Prosecution of the Emirate of Dubai explained that investigations showed that the aforementioned lady had been arrested while she was drunk in a public place Riot, and also assaulted police personnel and gave them profanity, while performing their work, as the prosecution ordered her to refer her and the criminal case to the Criminal Court in Dubai to decide on the case.

The Public Prosecution emphasized that “the rule of law is an inability to compromise or prejudice its requirements, and that the provisions of the law are applied in Dubai to the citizen and the resident without dispersal.”

She stressed in the statement that “everyone who begged themselves violated the law will be in question, while the rule of the law remains in the first and the main reference for the rights and duties of every person who lives on the land of Dubai or is intended by a honorable visitor.” (To her)
