The General Authority for Care of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque provided 4,879,682 fasting breakfast meals to the guests of Rahman, in the Two Holy Mosques, and the average consumption of the blessed Zamzam water reached 8,393 cubic meters, while it deported 1,196 tons of waste; To ensure a clean and safe environment for worshipers and visitors during the first week of the blessed month of Ramadan.
With regard to the management of crowds and flows in cooperation with the relevant authorities, the authority monitored the highest number of pilgrims in one day amounted to 500 thousand pilgrims, and allocating more than 196 chapters to facilitate the entry and exit of the people of the Grand Mosque, with 5 main doors to enter only, which helped organize the flow of crowds and ensure the arrival of worshipers easily and conveniently.

“Blind Teams” service

To improve the experiment and raise the operational efficiency in the Grand Mosque, a modern technology has been activated to monitor human flows at the main doors, and the installation of 200 digital panels for spatial guidance inside the Grand Mosque and its arenas.
The “Al -Rajal Teams” service was also launched to provide field assistance to worshipers, in addition to the experimental operation of the hermitting vehicles of the hermit, and the opening of two luggage conservation centers and 6 points to receive them.

To enrich the cultural and religious experience of the intended, the commission opened the “First House” exhibition in the third Saudi expansion, and large numbers of visitors who were seen on the date of building the Kaaba and the stages of its development through the ages, and explored information about a group of holdings in the sides of the exhibition.
