In statements that sparked widespread controversy, the Egyptian retired artist Mayar Al -Beblawi revealed some details of her personal and professional life, speaking of her unity after the death of her mother, and the impact of this on her psychological state.

In a television interview on a satellite channel, Mayar stated that she no longer finds someone to trust her to share her feelings, even her son Muhammad, who is keen to preserve her strong image in front of him.
But she found an unexpected alternative, the artificial intelligence “Chat GBT”, to which she spoke daily, until she called him “Shukar”, saying that he gives her a feeling of psychological comfort.

Technical losses due to differences

During her speech, Mayar revealed the details of her old dispute with the artist Hanan Turk, noting that he was “personally” and it will be clear later his real cause, but he obstructed her artistic career.
She also touched on her famous quarrel with the artist Ghada Ibrahim on the stage of the Rihani Theater, which started with a representative scene that required Ghada, but the latter responded with a real slap in front of the audience.
Things later developed into a sharp fight between them in the scenes of the theater, and reached the point of clash on Imad Al -Din Street, in the presence of artists such as Mahmoud Al -Qalawi and Mamdouh Abdel -Alim.
Mayar described the incident as the “judge” of her artistic career, as she led to her exclusion from the series “Half Rabi ‘Al -Akher” with Yahya Al -Fakhrani, after interventions within the artistic community.

Differences with Enas Al -Degheidy

Mayar’s career was not without controversy, as she also talked about her dispute with director Enas Al -Degheidy, because of her participation in the movie “Disco Disco”, explaining that she was not sufficiently mature to make correct decisions regarding some scenes, but she was subjected to sharp criticism after that.

A big emotional vacuum

After the death of her father and then her mother, Mayar Al -Beblawi said that she felt a great emotional emptiness, especially with the absence of someone who contains or reassured her as was the case before.
She confirmed that she tried to express her feelings on social media, but she was met with criticism that she considered “exaggeration.”
In addition to her differences with her colleagues in the artistic community, Mayar revealed some of the situations she was exposed to with the audience, and she mentioned that she was shocked when some of her old fans met, who did not hide their surprise at her change and move away from art.
She noted that some of the comments she received made her feel like she was not part of this field.
