This document acquires value in its importance, as it was issued more than 200 years ago, at a time when the province of Najd witnessed a state of political autism, loyalty to Imam Turki, and the spread of security between the present and the desert, which highlights developmental and social dimensions that were formed under the endowment of the endowment, one of the columns of societal construction at that stage.
