"Human resources and Emiratisation" More than 34 million smart transactions are completed during 2024
Abu Dhabi, March 12/ WAM/ The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation announced the completion of more than 34 million smart transactions during the year 2024, with a growth rate of about 59% for the year 2023, which witnessed the completion of more than 20 million transactions.
The percentage of growth referred to the ministry’s success reflects the adoption of digital solutions and benefit from the outputs of artificial intelligence, in order to support its steps towards the bureaucracy and the development of its services system, enhance the experience of customers, contribute to the efforts of the state leadership, its competitiveness in government services, and establish its position in the top of the global digital economy, as well as its position as the best place to live and work in the world.
The growth also reflects the extent of the consensus of the smart services system for the Ministry of Human Resources with the requirements and needs of customers, and the level of reliability, safety and ease achieved by the system by providing services, and increasing the levels of happiness and customer satisfaction, and enhances the concept of commitment to providing and fulfilling transactions on their times, within levels of efficiency, excellence and competitiveness.
The Ministry continues its efforts in the governance and development of the smart services system for customers, which includes more than 100 services available through the website and the Ministry’s smart application around the clock within a comprehensive vision to enhance the competitiveness and flexibility of the labor market and ease of business, provide the best services to customers, and increase their level of happiness in dealing with the ministry, in line with government trends of digital transformation and achieving the “UAE National Intelligence Strategy”, and facilitating and enhancing flexibility Doing business.
