Saqr bin Muhammad Al Qasimi Foundation continues its relief efforts within the “Faris Al -Shaham 3” to support Gaza
Ras Al Khaimah, March 14 / WAM / Within the “Al -Faris 3” operation, which was launched under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, to support the brotherly Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip .. His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler Urgent relief assistance that meets the needs of affected families.
Ahmed Rashid Soufah Al -Zaabi, Secretary General of the Saqr Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Foundation for Charitable and Humanitarian Works, said that the Foundation is working to prepare 1100 tons of food aid, equivalent to 40,000 food baskets, which contain various materials to ensure the provision of basic needs for affected families.
He added that this step comes as a continuation of the previous efforts, as the Foundation sent a shipment designated for the needs of infants and mothers, which included basic food and health supplies, to ensure the provision of appropriate support for this most needy category and this continuous effort reflects the Foundation’s commitment to the comprehensive response to various humanitarian requirements within the Gaza Strip, in confirmation of its pioneering role in charitable and relief work.
Thus, the total aid that was provided since the start of the “Al -Faris 3” operation is 60,000 tons, which reflects the UAE’s commitment to continuing its humanitarian efforts to support the brothers in the Gaza Strip and alleviate their suffering by providing the necessary supplies and basic needs.
