The profits of “Qassim Cement” jump 112.3% to 301.3 million riyals in 2024

The profits of the Qassim Cement Company in 2024 jumped by 112.3% to 301.3 million riyals, compared to 141.9 million riyals in 2023.
According to the company’s statement on the circulation of Saudi Arabia, the reason for the rise in the net profit during the current year compared to the previous year is due to the rise in the amount and value of sales and the rise in other revenues.
The reasons included: collecting the company’s subsidiary’s business from the acquisition date, despite the rise in the cost of sales and the rise in the operational expenses resulting from the implementation of the acquisition.
Yesterday, the Board of Directors of Al -Qassim Cement Company decided to distribute cash dividends to the company’s shareholders for the fourth quarter of 2024.
The company said: The total amount distributed: 87,808,518 riyals, while the number of shares due for profits is 109,760,647 shares.
The share share of the distribution is 0.80 riyals per share, while the distribution rate to the nominal share value is 8%.
The right date will be 1446-09-20 corresponding to 2025-03-20, while the distribution date will be 1446-10-17 corresponding to 2025-04-15.
