Skin cleaning … a basic step for healthy and bright skin

Cleaning the skin is an essential step in the skin care routine, especially when doing it for the first time. Cleaning the skin aims to remove impurities, excess oils, and dead skin cells, which helps in maintaining the health and freshness of the skin.

1. Remove makeup

Before starting to clean the skin, makeup should be removed using a makeup remover for the type of skin. This step is necessary to avoid clogging of pores and dirt accumulation.

2. Wash the face

Use a face wash suitable for your skin type, whether oily, dry, or mixed. It is recommended to use lukewarm water to clean the face, as it helps to open pores without causing dry skin. Avoid using very hot or cold water, as it can negatively affect the skin.

3. Exfoliation of the skin (optional)

You can gently exfoliate the skin with a suitable scrub once or twice a week. Peeling helps remove dead skin cells and regenerates the skin, giving them a brighter look. Avoid excessive exfoliation to avoid skin irritation.

4. Moisturizing the skin

After cleaning the skin, it is recommended to use a moisturizer suitable for your skin type. Moisturizing helps to maintain the moisture of the skin and prevent its dryness. Choose an alcohol -free moisturizer and harsh chemicals.
