The Kingdom is in the ranks of the great countries with credit rating

Participants in a discussion session entitled “Integration between the Financial Culture and Economic Development” organized by the Country of the Country, the Secretary, praised developments, stressing that the Kingdom today is in the ranks of the great countries in.
The meeting was attended by an elite group of economists and decision makers, to discuss the importance of promoting financial culture in supporting economic development, in line with the targets of Saudi Vision 2030.

Raise financial awareness

The session began the director of the Center for Communication and Financial Knowledge, Abdulaziz Al -Nasser, speaking about the center’s role in raising financial awareness, noting that “Mammam” is one of the Ministry of Finance’s initiatives that are closely related to the financial sector development program, by enhancing financial knowledge, empowering innovation, and enhancing communication with society.

He also reviewed the most prominent programs of the center, including “Diwaniyah Al -Maarefa”, “Mammam meetings” and “Mantam Podcast”, in addition to his initiatives in empowering entrepreneurs by spreading awareness of financial inclusion and financial technology.

Developments of the Saudi economy

Economic and financial analyst Hussein Al -Raqib dealt with the developments witnessed by the Saudi economy, stressing that today the Kingdom is among the great countries in the credit rating, stressing that achieving financial freedom requires wise management of spending.
As for d. Salem Bashmil, a financial awareness consultant, pointed to the role of peer behavior in shaping the financial customs of individuals, stressing the need to realize expenditures before revenues to achieve financial sustainability.

Financial knowledge platforms

At the end of the session, Abdulaziz Al -Nasser stressed the importance of the existence of platforms that enrich the financial knowledge of society, praising the role of the faithful country in the hosting of such constructive dialogues, and confirmed that he looked forward to participating in copies coming from Al -Makaz.
