The UAE welcomes the agreement between Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan
Abu Dhabi, April 2 / WAM / The UAE expressed its welcome to the agreement reached by the Republic of Tajikistan, the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, and the Republic of Uzbekistan, regarding the determination of the triple international border contact point, and the signing of the “Khajnd” declaration on eternal friendship between the three countries.
His Excellency Ahmed bin Ali Al -Sayegh, Minister of State, stated that the UAE hopes that this agreement will contribute to consolidating the bridges of cooperation and development in the Central Asian region, and in promoting peace, prosperity and stability at the regional and international levels.
His Excellency stressed that the UAE, which has strong and historical relations with the three countries, supports its efforts to promote peace and development, stressing the importance of peaceful dialogue as a single way to resolve differences and disputes.
