The makeup team suffered with the Algerian morning .. What is the reason?

Syrian director Rasha Sharbatji revealed the challenges faced by the makeup team during the filming of her Ramadan comedy series “Nesmat September”, specifically during the preparation of the able artist Sabah Al -Jazaery to embody the role of the grandmother.

In an interview with the “ET Arabic” program, Sharbatji explained that the makeup crew needed about 45 minutes a day to convert the Algerian morning to a convincing Jeddah, by adding wrinkles and solar spots on her face, adding that she “had to enlarge the features of Sabah significantly using makeup before filming her scenes.”

Although Sabah Al -Jazaery, who is 70 years old, is really Jeddah in her realistic life, she has always been associated with the audience’s minds with the role of the “strong mother”, especially in her Syrian drama, most notably the character “Umm Essam” in the “Bab Al Hara” series, which she established her presence in the Arab memory as a mother and a young woman who is a young woman of features and attendance.
