Various housing support, in an effort to support beneficiaries and improve their ability to own housing, in order to achieve the goals of the housing program, one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
The Real Estate Fund confirmed the continuation of its efforts in creating flexible financing solutions in partnership with financing agencies and real estate developers, in a way that contributes to facilitating the ownership journey, and diversifying the financing and housing options appropriate to the needs of the beneficiaries.
The Development Fund provides Real estate housing support services, through the Fund’s electronic portal, in addition to the service "“Real Estate Consultant” that enables beneficiaries to build their support paths, according to the best financing and housing recommendations.
