Sharjah Al -Sluk Forum will be held in Cairo next September

Cairo, April 12 / WAM / His Excellency Abdullah bin Muhammad Al Owais, Head of the Culture Department in Sharjah, delivered the official invitation to organize the Sharjah Forum for Selve in its twenty -first session in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, to Professor Dr. Ashraf Al -Azazi, Secretary -General of the Supreme Council of Culture in Egypt, who in turn welcomed in cooperation with the department to hold the activities of the forum next September.

This came during Al -Owais, and Muhammad Ibrahim Al -Qusayr, Director of the Cultural Affairs Department at the Culture Department in Sharjah, yesterday, Dr. Al -Azazi, at the Council’s headquarters in Cairo, as part of the visit of the department’s delegation to organize a new copy of the Sharjah Forum for Cultural Honoring to celebrate an elite of Egyptian creators.

Al -Owais stressed that the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, strengthens the spread of the forum in the Arab world, indicating that Sharjah is always looking to open the prospects for cultural cooperation continuously.

He pointed out that the organization of the Sharjah Forum for the narration outside the state comes as an affirmation of the vision of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah towards strengthening the joint Arab cultural presence, expanding the circle of interaction with narrative issues in its various environments, and continuing efforts to support the Arab narrative movement, explaining that the forum is transferred between many Arab countries, including Egypt, Jordan, Tunisia, Sudan, Morocco and Mauritania.

Al -Owais recalled the first sessions of the Sharjah Forum for Selve outside the UAE, which was held in 2019 in Luxor in southern Egypt, stressing that the Arab Republic of Egypt was always the cultural and creative incubator of the Arab cultural project.

He said that the forum opens spaces for critical and intellectual dialogue and provides a grouping space of a group of writers, researchers and critics to exchange visions and discuss the fundamental issues that occupy the Arab narrative field, pointing out that the next session will shed light on a prominent topic about the novel.

For his part, Al -Azazi praised the pioneering role represented by Sharjah in the cultural side and its continuous keenness, which is based on the visions of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah to organize activities that contribute to the advancement of Arab cultural awareness, stressing that Egypt’s hosting of this cultural event reflects the depth of cultural relations and enhances the presence of knowledge exchange between Arab creators.

Al -Owais, the current April issue of Sharjah Cultural Magazine, issued by the Department of Culture to Prof. Dr. Ashraf Al -Azazi, explaining that the latter of the magazine’s cover bears a wide title on the Sharjah Forum for the current honor in Egypt.
