المملكة: The start of issuing permits for Mecca electronically for workers during the Hajj season

The General Directorate of Passports announced the start of receiving requests to issue entry permits to the Holy Capital electronically for residents working during the Hajj season through the Ministry of Interior Electronic platform “Absher” and a resident gate, without the need to review the headquarters of the passport departments, by technical integration with the unified digital platform to issue the pilgrimage permits “Plastic platform”.
The Absher platform allows the issuance of permits for domestic workers, followers, distinguished residence holders, investors, the mother of the citizen and citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council states, after attaching the required documents.

Entry permits

Through the e -mail portal, entry permits are issued to the Holy Capital for workers in the establishments based in the Holy Capital, and the holders of the seasonal work visa and those who have work contracts with those facilities during the Hajj season.
