المملكة: 350 thousand beneficiaries of translation and answering inquiries at the Grand Mosque


The Hadiyah Hajj and Umrah Association, in partnership with the Presidency of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, continues to implement the translation project and answer inquiries with The Grand Mosque from the beginning of the blessed month of Ramadan, and it is one of the specific projects that aims to support the guidance and guidance system, and enable non-Arabic speakers to understand the rituals in their original languages.

The CEO of the Hadiyah Hajj and Umrah Society, Engineer Turki Al-Hatirashi, explained that the translation project depends on a team of 100 translators who provide simultaneous translation services in more than 20 languages, and accurately convey the inquiries of the guests of God with service providers within The corridors of the Holy Mosque in Mecca.

He pointed out that the project works within an integrated operational system 24 hours a day during the holy month of Ramadan. To keep pace with the density of visitors and Umrah performers, and to support the multilingual guidance and guidance system inside the Grand Mosque.

He stated that the project has contributed, since its launch at the beginning of the blessed month of Ramadan, to serving 356,869 thousand beneficiaries of visitors to the Grand Mosque, including Umrah performers and worshipers.
