Because of cooking .. 143 people were killed by a boat fire in the Democratic Congo

At least 143 people were killed and dozens of others were lost after the fire in a boat in the Congo River in the northwest of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, official sources reported yesterday.
Representative Josephine-Bassific Lokomo, a local civil society leaders, said that “a group of 131 bodies was found, and 12 other bodies were picked up.”

She explained that “a woman ignited embers for cooking, and the fuel that was close, which led to the killing of many children and women.”
