The opening ceremony of the Arab Shooting Championship will start with the participation of 19 Arab countries
Today, Cairo witnessed the start of the opening ceremony of the Arab Shooting Championship, with the wide participation of 300 Rams and Rami representing 19 Arab countries, in the presence of a number of sports, international and Arab leaders, in the forefront of Major General Hazem Hosni, President of the Egyptian and African Shooting, Eng. Sports, Dr. Abdullatif Zoghdi, the coach of the tournament, Dr. Haitham Al -Mallah and members of the Egyptian Shooting Federation, Major General Sayed Makhimer, Brigadier Islam Ali, and Professor Islam Ghoneim. Describing the championship as & quot; a living model for Arab unity in the field of sports, and reflects the spirit of cooperation and rapprochement between Arab youth & quot;
Hosni praised the fruitful cooperation with the Arab Shooting Federation headed by Eng. Duaij Al -Otaibi, considering it & quot; the spine & quot; To develop the game in the Arab world, as well as the prominent role that the Arab Federation of Shooting plays in supporting championships and enhancing cooperation between Arab federations. For his part, Eng. Duaij Khalaf Al -Otaibi stressed that the tournament represents an important station in preparing Arab archers to participate in the Los Angeles Olympics 2028, noting the importance of such sports forums in enhancing the bonds of brotherhood and honorable competition between the sons of the Arab nation.

Al -Otaibi also announced the organization of another Arab shooting championship next September in the Moroccan city of Tangier, under the supervision of the Moroccan Shooting Federation. Abdullah Ghorab to attend the Egyptian Hunting Club, expressing the club’s pride in hosting this great Arab event, and giving a greeting to Major General Hazem Hosni for his great efforts in supporting and organizing the championship, and for Engineer Duaij Al -Otaibi for his pioneering role in developing the Arab shooting sport, and for Professor Mahmoud Al -Sibrout for his constant support for sporting events.
