Connecting my name to the training of Sharjah, “Rumors”

Serbian coach Malitius Meloyevic confirmed his commitment to his current contract with the Al -Wasl team until 2026, and that what was circulated about his approach to the training of the Sharjah team is just “rumors”, as he described it.
In his response to linking his name to the Sharjah Club, Milosh told “Emirates Today”, “I have no knowledge of what is being transmitted, and that linking my name with Sharjah is just rumors.”
He explained: “I respect my contract with Al -Wasl extending until 2026, and I focus on the upcoming matches of the team, and no talk recently managed between me and the Al -Wasl administration around the next season, and my focus is limited to my work, and not to occupy myself with what is transmitted, especially since the upcoming matches are important for the Al -Wasl team in light of the endeavor to end the current season in the best possible position on the ranking ladder.”
He added: “When I came to the Emirati league, there were many other offers in international leagues, but my choice and my conviction went towards contracting with Al -Wasl.”
It is noteworthy that Milosh was associated with Al Wasl Club in the summer of 2023, to succeed Argentine coach Juan Antonio Betzi, before the club administration went in January 2024 to renew the coach’s contract until 2026.
Milosh succeeded with Al-Wasl today, Wednesday, in achieving a victory outside his home at the expense of his host Al-Battah (3-1), in a match for the 22nd round of the ADNOC Professional League, hosted by Khaled Bin Mohamed Stadium in Sharjah.
Malitios praised the level that his players appeared during the match, during which the team succeeded in implementing the required of it and coming out with the three points that put the “emperor” in third place with 37 points, ahead of the goal difference from the unit.
