97% of employees confirm the positive of obstetric artificial intelligence in the government sector

A report published by the Human Resources Department of the Dubai Government, in partnership with the Mohammed Bin Rashid College of Government Administration, during the “Dubai AI Week”, showed that 97% of government employees believe that obstetric artificial intelligence applications have a positive impact in the government sector, and that 94% of the government sector employees in Dubai are optimistic about the impact of obstetric artificial intelligence on the work environment.

The department launched the report, entitled “Adopting obstetric intelligence among the employees of the Dubai Government”, during a special session within the activities of “Dubai AI Week”.

The report is the first comprehensive analytical study of its kind to measure the uses, perceptions and accreditation of the Dubai government employees for obstetric artificial intelligence techniques in various government agencies and at all levels, starting from senior leaders to employees in the front rows.

The report is based on an expanded field research, conducted from October 2023 to October 2024, and included more than 1531 government employees in at least 34 government departments in Dubai, in addition to conducting in -depth interviews with artificial intelligence officials in the leading government agencies in this field.

The report deals with analyzing the chances of automation and technological reinforcement of various job tasks, and assesses personal characteristics that can predict the degree of employees ’exposure to these effects.

This important study is a complement to global efforts to understand the effects of obstetric intelligence in the work environment, especially within government agencies. It aims to provide policymakers and government sector leaders with a clear vision about the adoption of obstetric intelligence techniques between the employees of the Dubai government, and the measures to enhance the readiness of government agencies and job cadres to face challenges, and invest opportunities that arise from using these advanced applications.

“The report (adoption of obstetric intelligence among the employees of the Dubai Government) that we launched in partnership with the Mohammed bin Rashid College of Government Management is a pivotal step in our efforts to build a future government model based on innovation and artificial intelligence. The report’s outputs highlight the readiness of our human cadres and their ability to keep pace with global transformations with confidence and efficiency. In this regard, we put in the Dubai Government Human Resources Department a clear road map to enhance government human resources readiness, based on the development of digital skills, the consolidation of a culture of innovation, and the provision of a flexible and stimulating environment to absorb the tools of obstetric intelligence and harness them in optimal image.

He stressed that the results of this report are a practical reference that helps to formulate proactive policies, designing specialized training programs, and updating work systems, in line with the rapid developments in this field, adding: “We believe in the importance of building an integrated system of artificial intelligence in the government work environment that guarantees the moral and effective use of these technologies, and strengthens the efficiency of institutional work, without prejudice to privacy principles And reliability.
