The Federal Public Prosecution celebrates its golden jubilee and launches the 2025 -2030 strategy and a document that foresees the future of criminal action 2045

The Federal Public Prosecution held an official celebration in Abu Dhabi on the occasion of the fifty years since its founding, in the presence of Abdullah bin Sultan bin Awad Al -Nuaimi, Minister of Justice, Counselor Mohammed Hamad Al -Badi, President of the Federal Supreme Court, Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Butti Al Hamid, head of the National Media Office and Chairman of the Emirates Media Council, Major General Ahmed Saif bin Zaytoun Al -Muhairi, Commander of the Abu Dhabi Police, Sheikh Zayed bin Hamad bin Hamad In the Presidency Court, a number of officials.
In a speech on this occasion, the advisor, Dr. Hamad Saif Al -Shamsi, the Union’s Attorney General, expressed his pride in the public prosecutor’s march, saying: “We are in the presence of a great day in our country’s history: the emirates of dreaming, and justice. More than fifty years ago, the march of the country of God endowed its founders, wisdom, vision and insight, and a dream of a country that is not justice and the law prevails.”
He added: “Based on this firm vision, the UAE leaders believed that justice is the basis of the king, so they have given great attention, and they provided comprehensive support for the judiciary and the public prosecutor, which made justice a tangible reality, and a model that is followed in achieving justice, security and tolerance; For their owners and students, and with no limits in the performance of honesty, to become a model that is imitated throughout the Earth.
The Attorney General concluded his speech by saying: “We renew the covenant, and we raise our heads proud of what was achieved, and our determination is what is coming. The march continues … and trust is firm … and justice remains, what the Emirates remained.”
The Federation’s Attorney General also launched the “Public Prosecution Strategy 2025-2030, declaring a new stage that establishes the position of the Public Prosecution in the future.
The celebration of national peace began, then an opening scene that included an abstract show that narrates a symbolic journey carried out by a child representing the future. During this trip, parts of the Public Prosecution Shield collection through various time stations.
Then the song “Tayyib Al -Fal”, dedicated to the Federal Public Prosecution of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Prime Minister and Head of the Presidency Bureau, was presented in a gesture that expresses deep gratitude and great appreciation for His Highness.
Then the Public Prosecution presented a video clip that reviews the most prominent stations of the development of the Public Prosecution since its foundation, starting with its legal formation, through the consolidation of its institutional structure, to the digital transformation and the expansion of specializations and its community initiatives.
Then Fatima Hamad Jarwan Al Shamsi, an undersecretary of the Federal Public Prosecution, spoke about the process of empowering women in the Public Prosecution through her experience, noting the institutional vision of the Public Prosecution, which is the environment that gave Emirati women the space to be a partner in the justice industry and a contribution to the development of their standards.
Then Salem Ali Al -Zaabi, Head of the Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Prosecution, reviewed the vision of the Criminal Public Prosecution for the year 2045, in an imaginary presentation using screens and lights entitled “The Future Prosecution”, speaking of integrated digital systems, supported by artificial intelligence, the Internet of things and emerging techniques.
Al -Zaabi also confirmed the readiness of the Public Prosecution for the future by presenting the Public Prosecution Strategy 2025-2030, which constitutes a road map for the next stage, leading to leadership.
