Dr. Saad Al -Din Al -Hilal
Dr. Saad al -Din al -Hilali, a professor of comparative jurisprudence at Al -Azhar University, stressed the importance of knowing the science of jurisprudence. & nbsp; It depends on understanding, and some scholars see that the public cannot choose, saying: & quot; If there is someone who is confused about the choice, the jurist must communicate it all the fatwas, then it has a note and not controlled. People think and enjoy various opinions on the same issue, but the fatwa is based on only one opinion; Therefore, Imam Abu Ishaq Al -Shatby said that every one of his jurisprudence himself as possible and has a book & quot; approvals & quot; Which is one of the most important references in Al -Azhar.
