المملكة: Umm Al -Qura University advances 43 centers in the Times classification for Asian universities

Umm Al -Qura University has offered 43 centers in the Times classification for Asian universities 2025, ranked 137 out of 853 universities from 35 countries around the world after achieving 180th last year.
The university’s progress embodies its continuation and commitment to provide a prominent educational experience and develop scientific research, and its keenness to continue in advanced centers in the approved university classifications and international quality standards, which include a number of indicators, most notably the academic reputation, program quality, and scientific and academic research.

This comes within the framework of the university’s endeavor to enhance its competitiveness on the local and global ranges according to its strategic plan and its development goals in achieving the Kingdom’s 2030 vision, of which to obtain an advanced classification in the global indicators of scientific achievement.
It is noteworthy that the classification of the “Times” Foundation for Higher Education for Asian Universities is largely focused on criteria related to research, teaching, transfer of knowledge, international openness, and academic reputation, as well as the impact of universities in the fields of research and education, and research and scientific activities in a comprehensive and integrated manner.
