" Emirati Publishers Association" Participate in a festival "Sharjah Reading for the child" and" Abu Dhabi Book Fair"

Abu Dhabi – Sharjah, April 26 / WAM / The Emirati Publishers Association participates in the Sharjah Reading Festival for Children 2025 and Abu Dhabi International Book Fair 2025, which is one of the most prominent cultural events in the region and the world, within the framework of its strategy aimed at enabling Emirati publishers and opening new horizons for literary and cognitive creativity.
Rashid Al -Kous, Executive Director of the Association, said that our participation in major events embodies our commitment to keeping pace with the transformations taking place in the publishing sector and our keenness to enable Emirati publishers to consolidate a sustainable competitive presence at the regional and international levels. Expanding their professional network and activating Emirati publishing houses in the global knowledge scene.
The Sharjah Reading Festival for the Child, which started on April 23, will continue until next May 4, a distinguished participation of the Emirati Publishers Association through a special pavilion that highlights its services, programs and initiatives aimed at supporting publishing for children and adolescents.
Through this attendance, the association is keen to enhance its direct communication with its members and interact with the audience of readers and those interested in the publishing industry, as well as opening the way for new publishers to learn about the advantages of membership and join the Emirati publishing community.
The association is organizing at the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair, which started today and will continue until next May 5, a series of dialogue sessions and qualitative events that Rashid Al -Kous participates in a number of which and aims to highlight the future of Emirati publication and open the way for cultural dialogue and build partnerships.
The activities participating in a rich cultural session organized by the exhibition include April 27 to honor Ali bin Hatim and Bassam Shabro, who are prominent symbols of Arabic publishing symbols.
The association organizes a meeting to exchange publishing and translation rights that brings together Emirati and Central Asian publishers in cooperation with the Nomad Cultural Foundation, and its program also includes a session entitled “Driving Creativity … The beginning of a New Testament”.
