“The Specialist” in Al -Madinah Al -Munawwara

King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center in Al -Madinah Al -Munawwarah will marry the Health Insurance Council Award for Excellence for the year 2025 for the category of “Excellence in Medical and Frex Coding Programs – Path of Health Care Services Providers”, in appreciation of his pioneering role in developing an integrated operational model that combines the accuracy of documentation and the speed of insurance procedures, which contributes to reducing the administrative burden on patients and accelerating the entitlement to claims Insurance, and thus enhance the experience of patients and the confidence of the partners. The award was awarded the Director General of the Hospital in Madinah, Dr. Imad bin Muhammad Khaddardi, during the third edition of the Forum and Prize for the Excellence Council for Excellence, which was held in Riyadh under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Health, Mr. Fahd bin Abdul Rahman Al -Jaljel, and in the presence of His Excellency the CEO of King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center Dr. Majid bin Ibrahim Al -Fayyad, along with a group of elite Experts, professionals, local and international decision makers.

The coronation of the specialist in this award came for his commitment to applying accurate criteria in medical coding, adopting advanced techniques in analysis and billing, in addition to launching specialized training programs that contributed to raising the efficiency of clinical and administrative cadres, and enhancing coordination between clinical and administrative teams to ensure full compliance and data accuracy.

The Prize for the Excellence Council, launched by the Health Insurance Council, honors the facilities that contribute to upgrading the quality of health care in the Kingdom, by highlighting the bodies that adopt the health care model based on efficiency and quality, benefit from digital innovations to improve patient results, and enhance the culture of innovation in the health sector.

King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Madinah includes 400 beds, and provides services in multiple specialties that include oncology for children and adults, ophthalmology, gynecology and childbirth, in addition to obtaining 14 training dependence in various medical and nursing specialties.
