The Director of the Compliance Center at the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, Abdul Rahman Al -Ghannam, explained that the first pilgrimage flights for this year arrived at King Abdulaziz Airport at six o’clock in the morning coming from Bangladesh.
Al -Ghannam emphasized that the reception and promotion process took place in all smoothness and smoothness, noting that the center received the first bus carrying pilgrims to Mecca, where the necessary procedures were completed and the bus was directed directly to the housing headquarters for pilgrims, while providing the necessary guidance and welcome.
The arrival of flights at King Fahd Airport
Al -Ghannam indicated that today is witnessing the arrival of five scheduled and exhibited flights through King Abdulaziz International Airport, all of which are coming from Bangladesh, with more than two thousand pilgrims on board.
He pointed out that Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Airport in Medina also received other flights at dawn today, as the pilgrims arrived in their homes safely.
He emphasized the complete readiness of all the partners concerned to receive pilgrims and provide them with the finest services, expressing the happiness of everyone to welcome the guests of Rahman.
The Director of the Compliance Center at the Ministry of Hajj and the Streamlined Umrah and the noticeable speed attributed the completion of the procedures for the arrival of the pilgrims and their transportation, which took place in record time from the plane landing until the bus left the reception center in Makkah, to the early preparations for the Hajj season.
Preparations for receiving pilgrims
He added that these preparations included conducting extensive hypothesis experiences for all systems and the movement of buses and employees, stressing that the success of today’s reception is the result of a tireless work that started since the start of the preparation for the season, which reflected positively on the comfort and happiness of the guests of the Most Merciful upon their arrival.
Pointing out that the first pilgrim buses left the reception center heading to their residence in Makkah Al -Mukarramah after completing all procedures, amid the concerted efforts of all sectors working in serving the guests of Rahman to ensure a safe and easy Hajj season.
The Minister of Transport and Logistics, Eng. Saleh Al -Jasser, received this morning, Tuesday, the first trips of the coming guests of Rahman; To perform the Hajj rituals during this year 1446 AH, in the presence of a number of representatives of the security authorities and the relevant authorities, in the Hajj and Umrah halls complex at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah. This is the next trip from Dhaka in the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, with 396 pilgrims, as part of several flights that will arrive this day through Jeddah Airport, and Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Airport in Medina.
