"Dubai Aviation Industries" She completes her acquisition on "Nordic Avivation" Billion dollars

Dubai, May 7 / WAM / Dubai Aviation Industries announced today that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of 100% of the Capital of Nordic Avivation Capital and its unified companies, from NAC Holding Company Ltd., and the total value of this deal is estimated at about two billion US dollars.
After completing this deal, “Dubai Aviation Industries” now has a fleet consisting of about 750 owned, managed and registered aircraft, knowing that the aircraft of the aircraft owned and managed includes about 650 rented aircraft for 161 airlines in 74 countries. In addition, Dubai Aviation Industries is committed to acquisition of about 100 Boeing, Airbus and ATR, and from other commercial destinations.
