The real estate sector in the Emirate of Sharjah is witnessing a qualitative shift that reflects the maturity of the market and the expansion of the investor base driven by a number of integrated factors that strengthened the attractiveness of the emirate as a promising investment destination. The data issued by the Real Estate Registration Department in Sharjah showed that the total of transactions implemented during April 2025 reached 7,206 transactions, as the number of sales transactions reached 1,415 transactions, or 19.6% of the number of total transactions, while the number of mortgage transactions reached 413 transactions by 5.7% of the total transactions and a value of 866.8 million dirhams, and the number of initial contract transactions reached 751 A 10.4%transaction, while the number of transactions of certification certificates for property reached 3,453 transactions by 48%, and the number of property bond transactions reached 1,174 transactions by 16.3%of the number of total transactions.

Selling transactions took place in 117 regions distributed over the various cities and regions of the Emirate of Sharjah, and these real estate included residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural lands, and with regard to the type of real estate circulating, 785 space lands were circulated, while the number of units -secreted transactions reached 338, and built land transactions reached 292 transactions.

The “Al -Majaz 3” area recorded the highest real estate deal that was concluded in Sharjah last April on a built -in land of 115 million dirhams, and the same area recorded the highest mortgage treatment that was registered during the same month on a space of 130 million dirhams.

The total sales transactions in Sharjah were 1,312 transactions, and the “Al -Mutaraq” area topped the list of the highest areas in the sales transactions with 365 transactions, followed by the “Mawailih Commercial” area with 156 transactions, then the “Talal” area with 152 transactions, and the “Khan” area with 64 transactions.

As for the highest -circulating regions in the volume of cash trading, the “Mawailleh Commercial” area topped the value of a trading amounting to 348.4 million dirhams, followed by the “Talal” area with 310.6 million dirhams, then the “industrial” industrial “area with 168.4 million dirhams, then the” Al -Majaz 3 “area with 136 million dirhams.

In the central region, total sales transactions reached 66, most of which were concentrated in the “Industrial 3” area of ​​19 transactions, which were also the highest in the volume of cash trading at 16.8 million dirhams.

In the city of Khor Fakkan, 24 sale transactions issued by the areas of “Al -Hurai Al -Hari Al -Hari”, “Al -Bardi District 2” and “Al -Luliah neighborhood” took place with 4 transactions for each of them.

In the city of Kalba, 11 sale transactions issued by the “Al -Tarif 5” area of ​​5 transactions, and it also came as the highest area of ​​cash trading at 1.3 million dirhams.
