Ras Al Khaimah on May 11 / WAM / The UAE Athletics Falcons team achieved a distinguished achievement during its participation in the Emirates Athletics Cup, which was held in Dubai after winning 16 various medals with 4 gold medals, 7 silver, and 5 bronze.

Mahmoud Hassan Al -Shamsi, Chairman of the club’s board of directors, stressed the importance of the achievement of the club’s championships in the Emirates Cup, which reflects the hard work and persistence by the players and the technical and administrative staff, stressing the continued support of the athletics sector and all the club’s sports teams and reaching them to the highest levels.

According to the results, and in the youth category, Ali Al -Habsi won the first place in the disk, and Muhammad Salem won the first place in the long jump and Ali Hussein Al -Wali, the second place in the long jump, and Hassan Talib came second in the 100 -meter race.

In the Cubs category, Maktoum Hashem won the first place in the high jump, and Maid Saeed ranked first in the long jump and the third place in the 80 -meter race.

Saeed Al -Dalal came in the third place in the long jump and the third place in the 200 -meter barriers, and Saif Hashem ranked second in the high jump, and Ibrahim Talib ranked third in the high jump.

In the junior category, Abd al -Rahman was booked the second place in throwing the hammer, and Abdullah Ibrahim came second in the high jump, and Khaled Khamis won the second place in the 400 -meter race.

Hamdan Al -Dabani ranked third in the 400 -meter race, and Khaled, a teacher, won the third place in the triple jump, and Salem Al -Ghafri, the third in the 800 -meter race.
