Port Sudan Authority “illegal” .. and its “alleged” declaration cut ties with the Emirates “invalid”

The Ambassador of the Republic of Sudan to the United Arab Emirates, Abdul Rahman Sharafi, stressed that he still represents Sudan as the official ambassador to the state, and that the authority of Port Sudan has no legitimacy by dismissing his position, and does not recognize this decision, or its alleged declaration of cutting diplomatic relations with the Emirates, describing these decisions as void, and does not represent the will of the Sudanese people.
He said that the Sudanese embassy and consulate in the UAE are continuing their work as usual, and that it will continue to perform its diplomatic duties to serve the interests of Sudan and its people, stressing that the relations between Sudan and the UAE are a strategy rooted Self -harming the interests of the people.
He added, during a dialogue in the “Mirror Podcast” of the Sharjah Radio and Television Authority, that the relationship between the Sudanese and Emirati peoples is greater than being touched by temporary political campaigns or malicious inflammatory letters, stressing that the Sudanese community in the Emirates lives in respect and care, and feels as if in its second homeland, and thanked the UAE for the great efforts made in supporting the Sudanese people, through the establishment of hospitals, through the establishment of hospitals, through the establishment of hospitals. And providing various humanitarian assistance that contributed to alleviating the suffering of the Sudanese, in addition to the facilities it provides to the Sudanese community, and included granting residencies, raising violations, and providing opportunities for treatment and education, in a clear embodiment of the spirit of solidarity and brotherhood that links the two countries.
The ambassador strongly criticized the attempts of the Port Sudan Authority to throw in the name of Sudan in situations that do not serve its interests, including allegations of severing ties with the UAE, considering that this authority is trying to kidnap the Sudanese decision by force and weapons, and claims to represent the people without any popular or constitutional mandate, indicating that what it practices is a political and military coup with an ideological cover.
He pointed out that the party behind these attempts belongs to extremist groups that are organizationally linked to the “Muslim Brotherhood”, and seeks to spoil Sudan’s external relations, especially with the UAE, which adopts a clear position against extremism and terrorist organizations, stressing that these groups are trying to use the tools of the media and the international judiciary to confuse, but to no avail, as the complaint that it submitted against the UAE was rejected in the International Court of Justice, which caused fatal losses Sudan exceeded 50 million dollars, the first of which was the needy and the displaced inside.
Ambassador Sharafi talked about the ongoing political crisis in Sudan, saying: “It is one of the biggest challenges that hinder its progress, are the crises of government and military coups that, as soon as democratic signs begin, the military establishment will be invalidated again.”
He added that Sudan possesses tremendous potential, and was at one time from the leading countries in Africa and the Arab world, where Sudanese competencies contributed to supporting the Renaissance march in the UAE, stressing that the relationship that brought together the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God rest his soul, and former President Field Marshal Jaafar Muhammad Al -Numairi, established a era of fruitful cooperation between the two countries.
Abdel -Rahman Sharafi stressed that Sudan is a multi -ethnic country and cultures, and it includes more than 500 tribes and 200 languages, a unique mix that combines the Arab and African dimensions, and it has been historically known for tolerance and coexistence, but the dictatorial dictatorial regimes played a major role in fueling the ethnic and ethnic conflicts of authoritarian goals, stressing that the current stage requires unifying efforts to protect the people’s gains Sudanese, and maintaining his strategic relations with brotherly countries, led by the United Arab Emirates.
