Dubai airports are intensifying their preparations to bid farewell and receive pilgrims

Dubai, May 29/ WAM/ Dubai airports confirmed that all necessary measures are taken to facilitate the pilgrims’ journey, by launching a comprehensive plan at Dubai International Airport to facilitate their departure and return from the airport, as part of its commitment to provide a smooth travel experience during one of the most peak periods per year.
According to a press release issued today, about 3100 pilgrims will leave this year from Dubai International Airport on 28 flights held by Emirates Airlines, Flei Dubai, Saudi Airlines and Flei Nass, and the official delegation of the Dubai government is scheduled to leave on the first official pilgrimage from Building 3 on June 1.
To ensure a smooth and organized experience, Dubai airports, in cooperation with its strategic partners within the airport community “OneDXB”, including the General Command of Dubai Police, the General Administration of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, Dubai Customs, Dubai Ambulance Services Corporation, Dnata, and airlines, by taking a number of measures, including: allocating counters to complete travel procedures in buildings 1, 2 and 3, and provide prayer rooms And facilities for changing clothes in all buildings in preparation for ihraam, taking care to provide the necessary support for pilgrims by ambassadors of the experience of speaking guests in several languages, in addition to the offices of the Hajj Committee, and allocating luggage belts to ensure safe dealing with Zamzam water packages.
The pilgrims are advised to reach the airport at least four hours before the take -off, and to ensure that all the required travel documents, including the passport, the Emirati identity card, the pilgrimage permit, and the vaccination certificate.
Issa Al -Shamsi, Vice President of the Travelers’ Buildings at Dubai Airports, stressed the commitment to ensure that every pilgrim leaves while he feels confident and reassured, and his return to the homeland easily and easily, through the tireless efforts of the teams and the solidarity of the Dubai International Airport community.
The pilgrims are expected to return between 9 and 12 June, as special arrangements have been prepared for their reception that include coordinated support for luggage, and to provide a symbolic gift as an expression of appreciation.
The Hajj season this year coincides with the peak of the summer travel season and the blessed Eid Al -Adha holiday, which is expected with a noticeable increase in the movement of passengers through Dubai International Airport.
