“Health” activates virtual medical consulting services for the guests of Rahman in 7 languages ​​around the clock

The Ministry of Health, represented by the Virtual Health Hospital, has activated a package of digital medical consulting services for the guests of Rahman during the Hajj 1446 AH season, with the aim of facilitating access to health services at any time and from anywhere, in line with the targets The hospital is immediate consulting services 24 hours through the unified number (937), the “Sahiti” application, and the “X” platform, in 7 languages: Arabic, English, French, Turkish, Persian, Urdu, and Indonesian, to ensure comprehensive and flexible communication with pilgrims of different nationalities, and pilgrims can benefit from audio, visual or text consultations, and attach medical reports Or the results of the examinations, with the ability to disburse electronic prescriptions when needed, and the application also allows registration using the border number, to provide an integrated and smooth digital health experience.

The Virtual Health Hospital supports more than 300 permanent and temporary health centers in Makkah and Madinah, in addition to the headquarters of the Hajj campaigns, within the service of “City Plus”, in both Arabic and English, providing immediate medical advisory services that contribute to supporting field cadres, accelerating medical decision -making, and raising the quality of care provided to the guests of Rahman.
