An accurate nervous intervention that saves the life of an Algerian pilgrim after brain bleeding in King Abdullah Medical City

He added, the medical team began conducting an accurate diagnostic catheter for the brain vessels, to be transferred immediately to the neurological science operations room, where he had a precise surgery led by Dr. Hussein Maatouq Khashifati – a consultant neurosurgery and the bottom of the skull – during which the pressure from the brain was reduced, the venous arterial deformity causing bleeding, and the drainage of blood collected using the nervous microscope.
A specialized team of anesthesiologists participated in the operation, in addition to a qualified nursing staff from the Neurosurgery, Operations and Intensive Care Unit, which contributed to the success of the intervention and the provision of integrated care according to the highest medical standards.
And the health gathering, thanks to God, was observed that a significant improvement in the degree of awareness and nervous response was observed after the operation, which enabled the medical team to separate the patient from the artificial respiratory system, and he is currently following his condition in intensive care while he is in a stable health condition and without any neurological deficiencies.
This success comes as an extension of the highly specialized health services provided by the medical city, which reflects the integration of the health care system provided to the guests of Rahman in the Hajj season.
