Dubai Police is dealing with more than 44,000 calls on Eid

Dubai, June 9 / WAM / The Dubai Police General Command announced that it was dealt with highly efficiently with a total of 44,102 calls during the blessed Eid Al -Adha holiday, stressing the readiness of its teams in the rapid and professional response to ensure the security and safety of community members.
The received calls were distributed between 40,808 emergency calls received by the Command and Control Center over the number (999), while the call center (901) for non -emergency cases and public inquiries received 3,294 calls.
In this context, Colonel Bilal Jumaa Al -Tayer, Director of the Command and Control Center Department, praised the outstanding performance of the work teams and their efforts in professional dealing with all incoming calls, and stressed that this efficiency in performance reflects the Dubai Police’s firm commitment to providing high -quality security services, directly contributes to strengthening the security and stability system and the happiness of members of society.
Colonel Al -Tayer urged the public to call the number (999) in emergency cases only, and the correct use of the number (901) for non -emergency cases and public inquiries on the services provided by Dubai Police.
Abdullah Ibrahim, Director of the Agency’s Excellency Center in the General Administration of Administrative Affairs, explained that the communication channels were not limited to phone calls, as the communication center (901) in addition to that with 919 messages via e -mail and 144 conversations through the “chat” service on the Dubai Police website.
He pointed out that these integrated digital services aim to meet the inquiries of customers immediately, and allow them to communicate with specialized employees around the clock, which enriches the experience of customers and enhances the efficiency of providing services.
