The retired artist Zizi Mustafa, the mother of the Egyptian star Menna Shalaby, was transferred to a hospital in the Mohandessin – Giza area, after being exposed to a sudden health problem.

Private sources revealed to the “Fuchsia” website that Menna Shalaby accompanied her mother to the hospital as soon as her condition deteriorated, noting that her health status is currently stable, after conducting the necessary medical examinations, denying what was reported that she entered intensive care or had a severe crisis.

The sources pointed out that Zizi Mustafa was subject to accurate medical follow -up at home during the past days, as a result of the respiratory problems linked to her age, before her recent health condition called her urgently transferred to the hospital for a comprehensive evaluation.

It is noteworthy that Zizi Mustafa started her artistic career in the 1960s, and presented remarkable roles in Egyptian cinema and drama, especially in embodying popular and simple women, which made her one of the most prominent stars of her generation.
