" National Human Rights " Enhance the awareness of the staff of the centers" management " With auxiliary labor rights

Abu Dhabi, June 30/ WAM/ The National Authority for Human Rights organized an awareness workshop for employees of recruitment centers, in cooperation with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation at the Ministry’s headquarters in Sharjah.
The workshop targeted the “Adab” centers and its employees, during which Fatima Al -Hosani, Head of the Department of Awareness and Education in the Authority, with the participation of Abdulaziz Al -Obathani, Head of the Department of International and Regional Organizations, and Maitha Al Shamsi, Coordinator of Projects from the Strategic Communication Department, presented a detailed presentation on the role of the authority and its powers, as well as highlighting the rights of auxiliary labor in the UAE, and the role of employers in its protection.
The workshop witnessed a remarkable interaction from the audience and included multiple discussions and inquiries and targeted the promotion of the awareness of “management” employees of their responsibilities in creating a fair work environment that respects human dignity.

The workshop provided the opportunity to listen to the challenges faced by workers and answer their inquiries, in the context of the efforts of the commission continuing to spread and enhance the culture of human rights at the level of society and the institutions concerned.
It is worth noting that this workshop comes within a series of awareness workshops and activities implemented by the National Human Rights Authority to enhance awareness among workers in the “management” centers throughout the country with the rights of auxiliary employment.
