"Dubai for family companies" The first session of the next generation training program is launched
Dubai, July 3 / WAM / The Dubai Family Companies Center, which works under the umbrella of Dubai Chambers, launched the first session of the year 2025 of the upcoming generation training program in family companies.
According to a press release issued today, the program, which is based on the most important international standards, provides a transformative leadership experience to provide the next generation in family companies with leadership, governance and entrepreneurship necessary to enable them to develop a sustainable value for their family companies.
The opening session of 2025 attracted a group that included 25 participants of the new generation in family companies, where the program is characterized by its adoption of an innovative training methodology that includes interactive collective discussions, simulation exercises for roles, practical assessments, and realistic case studies that directly fit with the unique challenges and opportunities facing family companies.
