Al Serkal Kindergarten participates in "International Romania" For chess

Batumi – Georgia on July 8 / WAM / The great international professor Rawda Al -Serkal, the Emirates national team and the Abu Dhabi Chess and Mental Games Club, are preparing to participate in the two Romania international championships during July and August next.

The first championship will be held from July 26 to August 2, while the second will be held from 2 to 10 August, to the third participation in the category of professors at the Abu Dhabi International Chess Festival from August 14 to 25.

Al -Serkal, which is classified with 2175 points, concluded yesterday evening her participation in the Women’s World Championship, currently held in the Georgian city of Batumi until the 29th of this month, with a draw in the first match with the American player Irina Craush, who has a classification of 2376 points, while she lost in the second confrontation with the same player, to deposit the tournament after strong competitive levels.

The coach, Adam Takhayev, confirmed that the level in which the Kindergarten appeared in the championship reflects its high readiness, and the intensive preparations that it underwent in the preparation camp in the club.

He explained that Al -Serkal was subjected to several pressures, which later exceeded it with a good performance in front of a strong player with a high classification, pointing to the importance of the world championships in preparing and qualifying the players, and enabling them to advanced levels.

Alia Al -Mazmi, the administration of the Emirates team, said that the player, Rawda Al -Serkal, showed a great technical level in the first and second rounds, with a distinct performance that reflects her high capabilities, which gives her the technical expertise required for the next stage, to maintain its global rankings, and gain more competitive experiences.
