With an Emirati lens … take a high -precision image of the most famous areas that the stars are in "milky way"

Sharjah, July 12 / WAM / The Emirates Astronomy Association announced a new scientific achievement, which was the success of one of its members from astronomers in monitoring and photographing the omega nebula (M17) in accurate details, from a mountain location in the eastern regions of the state.
In a statement to the Emirates News Agency (WAM), Ibrahim Al -Jarwan, Chairman of the Association’s Board of Directors, explained that this achievement achieved by the astronomer Tamim Al -Tamimi, showed high -precision details of the invading structure of the outfit thanks to the use of narrow -scale lighting techniques and data collection for more than 7 and a half hours, despite the great challenges imposed by photography in the summer.
Al -Jarwan indicated that Al -Sadim, also known as the “P it,” or “Loubster”, is one of the most prominent areas of the birth of the stars in the Milky Way, and is located about 5,500 light years from the ground.
He stressed that this achievement reflects the association’s keenness to support local talents and consolidate the UAE’s position as a pioneering regional center in astronomy and research, stressing the continued support of everyone who seeks to document the beauty of the sky and its phenomena.
