This continental coronation comes to strengthen its record number on the local scene by reaching 49 titles and championships throughout its history, a number that no other club in the country has reached.
During the last decade, the team imposed its absolute dominance on the local scene, winning most of the titles of the official championships, from the General League competition, the President of the State Cup, the Vice President Cup, the Emirates Cup, the Federation Cup, the local Super Cup, and the Emirati -Bahraini Super Cup; He was not satisfied with that, but it was a difficult number in all his foreign participation in the Gulf, Arab and Asian, crowning a culture of victories that made his name synonymous with excellence.
This success is due to an integrated system that starts from the professional administration, through expert technical devices, and players who are carefully chosen within a studied policy to discover and develop talents, and the game’s march in the club has started since the 1970s, where a strong base of young people was established through a specialized academy, which resulted in the emergence of a golden generation carrying the banner of achievements, and contributed to the team’s achievement for a long series of victories without defeat Repeated with three and four season.
In this context, Mohamed Obaid Al -Hossan, a member of the Board of Directors of Sharjah Club, head of the collective games department, continued that the successes that have been fulfilled are the fruit of a long -term vision and strategic planning, with direct support from His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, and the efforts of successive departments in the Sharjah Club and continuous follow -up from the Sharjah Sports Council headed by His Excellency His Excellency Issa Hilal Al -Hazami.
He explained that the last crowning of the AFC Champions League Champions League, which secured the team to qualify for the next world championship, is a milestone in the career of players who grew up in the club since the buds category, and they represented a long -term mathematical investment for the Sharjah Club, and they succeeded in achieving the dream of continental crowning after years of hard work.

For his part, Eng. Suleiman Al -Hajri, a member of the Sharjah Sports Club, Chairman of the Individual Games Department, confirmed that handball is a pivotal part of the vision of successive departments, since the establishment of the game within the activities of the club.
He explained that the councils of different departments worked to build an integrated sports system based on the base, concerned with age groups, refining national talents, and each council had its own imprint, in terms of technical polarization, and providing the ideal environment for training and development, which contributed to the sustainability of achievements.
He said that the excellence of handball in Sharjah Club was not only in the present, but it is an ancient legacy based on solid foundations of administrative, technical and collective work, which makes the club a role model in how to make excellence and preserve it over time.
Jassim Mohamed, a member of the team’s team and handball supervisor, attributed the success of the handball in Sharjah Club to the broad base that was carefully built, and includes multiple teams in different age groups, along with two administrative and technical bodies that contributed to establishing an integrated system within the club.
He pointed out that the contributions of officials such as Mohamed Obaid Al -Hossan, who included in the various categories of the game as a player, administrative, responsible, and others, were decisive in consolidating the culture of discipline and the spirit of victories.
As for Ali Al Marzouqi, director of the first handball team, he confirmed that the distinction stems from the club’s ability to discover and attract talents from an early age, thanks to the presence of coaches with a distant look like veteran Mohamed Mustafa, and he explained that most of the current team players are the fruit of this vision, within a system that focuses on the quality, not quantum, and provides a healthy environment that allows talents to refine and develop talents.
