Ras Al Khaimah Municipality launches an integrated program to evaluate the performance of contracting companies
Ras Al Khaimah, August 4 / WAM / The Ras Al Khaimah Municipality Department launched a new and integrated program to evaluate the performance of construction contracting companies, within the framework of its continuous endeavor to improve the level of services and enhance the efficiency of work in the construction sector.
This program comes within the municipal plans aimed at developing the engineering system and applying the highest technical and professional standards, as the program provides a modern evaluation system that guarantees the measurement of performance accurately and effectively, and contributes to raising the efficiency of contracting companies in a way that reflects positively on the quality of projects implemented in the emirate.
The Municipality of Ras Al -Khaimah explained that the program is scheduled to enter into force at the beginning of the year 2026, where during the coming period, introductory sessions for construction contracting companies will be organized, with the aim of ensuring their readiness and absorbing the requirements of the program, and providing the necessary support to apply it effectively and compatible with the best global practices in the engineering field.
The municipality stressed that this initiative falls within its continuous efforts to develop the engineering sector and enhance the emirate’s position as a leading destination in the quality of infrastructure and urban projects, stressing the importance of adopting advanced organizational methodologies that support efficiency, and achieve the concepts of sustainability in implementing projects.
